Ruth’s Chris’ steaks are specifically selected from only the finest USDA Prime beef. Your steak is served to you in an elegant manner with a steak knife the size of…. well lets just say its big. My recommendation would be to try the Rib Eye cut’s which range from $55-65 per plate, not the cheapest of places but like the age old adage, you get what you pay for!
